Mexico's national hydrocarbons commission (CNH) postponed dates for the tender of the third stage of Ronda Uno, reported El Financiero on 3 September, 2015, citing commissioner, Martín Álvarez. The calendar changes are to give bidders more time to submit proposals. The CNH decided to postpone the current calendar one week. Thus, the publication of the updated terms is scheduled for 15 September, the prequalification meeting, for 18 September, the reception of prequalification documents, for 9 October, and the publication of the final contract, for 13 November. The proposals will still be opened on 15 December.

La Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) de México ha pospuesto fechas en la licitación de la tercera fase de la Ronda Uno, ha publicado El Financiero el 3 de septiembre de 2015, citando al comisionado Martín Álvarez. Los cambios en el calendario han sido para que los participantes tengan más tiempo para presentar sus propuestas. La CNH ha decidio posponer el calendario actual una semana. Por lo tanto, la publicación de las bases actualizadas será el 15 de septiembre, la cita de precalificación, el 18 de septiembre, la recepción de los documentos de precalificación, el 9 de octubre, y la publicación del contrato final, el 13 de noviembre. La apertura de propuestas se mantiene para el 15 de diciembre. |
