Enrique Ochoa, director of Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) of Mexico, said that due to the electricity infrastructure project Mexico has to execute for 2018, he encourages Spanish companies to participate in public tenders, as published by newspaper Expansión on 21 October 2015. Mexico is convinced that Spanish energy companies should take advantage of the new reforms in the power sector. The constitutional reform opened the energy sector to private capital after many years of state monopoly, and is now aiming to attract investment.

Enrique Ochoa, director de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) de México, ha declarado que debido al proyecto de infraestructura en el sector eléctrico que México tiene que realizar para el 2018, anima a las empresas españolas a participar en las licitaciones públicas, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 21 de octubre de 2015. México está convencido que las empresas españolas del sector energético deben aprovechar la apertura que han dado las reformas estructurales en el sector. La reforma constitucional abrió el sector energético al capital privado después de muchos años de monopolio estatal y de esta manera se pretende atraer las inversiones. |
