Terrafina, a Mexico-based real estate company, will invest approximately USD 380m to increase its portfolio by 26%, according to its general manager Alberto Chretin. Chretin said the company is negotiating the acquisition of a real estate portfolio, which could materialize in 2015. La empresa mexicana Terrafina, dedicada a la gestión de bienes inmuebles, realizará inversiones de aproximadamente USD 380m para incrementar su portafolio un 26%, según ha comunicado el director general de la compañía, Alberto Chretin. Chretin ha afirmado que la compañía está negociando la adquisición de una cartera de inmuebles, cuyas operaciones podrían cerrarse en 2015. Además, Terrafina ha llevado a cabo en los últimos meses ventas de activos por un valor aproximado de USD 100m a un desarrollador de inmuebles local que se dedica al reposicionamiento de propiedades. |
