Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT), controlled by the Mexican Government, informed they expect foreign investment in Mexico in the telecommunication sector, as a result of a recent legislation reform. With this reform, US-based AT&T invested half of the Direct Foreign Investment quota of USD 6m in Mexico.

La Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT), perteneciente al Gobierno de México, ha comunicado que se espera la inversión en México por parte de diferentes empresas en el sector de las telecomunicaciones, después de que se llevara a cabo una reforma. Con esta reforma, la compañía estadounidense de telecomunicaciones AT&T, ha invertido más de la mitad de los USD 6m de la Inversión Extranjera Directa que recibió el país. |
