La inmobiliaria española Metrovacesa, controlada por los bancos acreedores, ha encargado a Banco Santander y JP Morgan la venta de su participación del 26,7% en la inmobiliaria Gecina, mientras que Clifford Chance y Houlihan Lokey han recibido el encargo de estudiar la operación por parte de posibles compradores.
