Spain-based Merlin Properties (BME: MRL) obtained unanimous consent from underwriters of its recent capital increase to release lock-up commitment established for this transaction, as stated by the company through a relevant fact published by National Securities Commission CNMV, on 20 June 2015. In this regard, Merlin Properties may issue new common shares when it deems appropriate, which the company is currently analyzing.

La compañía española Merlin Properties (BME: MRL) ha obtenido el consentimiento unánime de los bancos colocadores de su última ampliación de capital para la liberación del compromiso de lock-up que se estableció en dicha operación, según ha reportado la compañía en un Hecho Relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) con fecha 20 de junio de 2015. A este respecto, Merlin Properties podrá emitir nuevas acciones ordinarias cuando lo considere oportuno, operación que la compañía está valorando. |
