The board of directors of MásMóvil Ibercom (MAB:MAS) will suggest to its general shareholders' assembly the company carry out a EUR 230m capital increase, announced the company in a filing published by Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) on 8 June, 2016. Specifically, MásMovil Ibercom, which may have suggested the increase to finance the acquisition of Yoigo, proposes the issuing of 11,766,956 shares, at a price per share of EUR 19.55, with EUR 0.10 of nominal value. The company noted the increase does not include a pre-emptive subscription right for shareholders and added it foresees an incomplete subscription. The general shareholders' assembly will be held on 23 June, 2016.

El Consejo de Administración de MásMóvil Ibercom (MAB: MAS) propondrá a la Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas llevar a cabo una ampliación de capital por importe de EUR 230m, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) el 8 de junio de 2016. En concreto, MásMovil Ibercom, que podría haber propuesto la ampliación para financiar la compra de Yoigo, propone emitir 11.766.956 acciones a un precio unitario de EUR 19,55, donde EUR 0,10 corresponden a valor nominal. La empresa ha informado que la ampliación excluye el derecho de suscripción preferente de los accionistas, y ha precisado que hay previsión de una suscripción incompleta. La Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas se celebrará el 23 de junio de 2016. |
