Más Móvil plans to go public on Continuous Market in second semester of 2016

Spain-based MásMóvil Ibercom (MAB: MAS) is planning to jump from the Alternative Market MAB to Continuous market between June and July 2016, as published by news media Expansión on 17 December 2015. In the first semester of 2016, Más Móvil Ibercom will focus on launching broad band, mainly in coastal areas, aiming to reach at least 500,000 real estate units. The objective is to have 2.3 million real estate units covered with optic fiber in 2018 in Spain, and the company estimates an investment of approximately EUR 260m. To finance this project Más Móvil Ibercom analyzes the possibility of issuing bonds. It also has financing offers from equipment sellers for EUR 70m.

La empresa española MásMóvil Ibercom (MAB: MAS) tiene previsto dar el saldo del Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) al Mercado Continuo en junio o julio de 2016, según ha reportado el medio Expansión el 17 de diciembre de 2015. En el primer semestre de 2016 MásMóvil Ibercom se centrará en el lanzamiento de la banda ancha, en especial en las zonas de costa, con objetivo de alcanzar al menos 500.000 unidades inmobiliarias. El objetivo de MásMóvil Ibercom es contar con una red de 2,3 millones de unidades inmobiliarias cubiertas con fibra para 2018 en España, para lo cual prevé una inversión de alrededor de EUR 260m. Para la financiación del proyecto MásMóvil Ibercom está estudiando la posibilidad de emitir un bono. También posee ofertas de financiación de los vendedores de los equipos por importe de EUR 70m. |
