Group held by Martins brothers decided to focus in the metal construction industry, its core business, and sell a 55% stake in Martifer Solar. The sale process is already in place. In September, Martifer classified the solar business as a non-strategic asset. This change resulted from the fact that there is a sale plan in motion of Martifer Solar (currently 55%) which interests Martifer group, explained brothers Carlos and Jorge Martins.

O grupo dos irmãos Martins decidiu centrar-se no negócio das construções metálicas, a sua área de origem, e alienar os 55% que tem na Martifer Solar, unidade cujo processo de venda já está em marcha. Em Setembro a Martifer passou a classificar o negócio solar como activo não corrente detido pela venda. Esta alteração resultou do facto de estar em execução um plano de venda do interesse económico (actualmente de 55%) do grupo Martifer na Martifer Solar, explica o grupo dos irmãos Carlos e Jorge Martins. |
