According to the news, the company is objective is to accelerate growth through e-commerce. According to Rene Silva, the company currently sells some Marisa products through other websites, and the idea now is to sell products through website Marisa. "We did tests on an experimental basis. The forecast is to launch the project, at a national level, between January and March 2016", according to Silva. She also added, "In Brazil, 37% of e-commerce are made through market place, and 46% is through mobile phone. Marisa is out of the two platforms. There is great potential to be explored in these areas".

A Marisa (BVMF:AMAR3), que atua no varejo de vestuário feminino, estudar entrar no segmento de shoppings virtuais, market places, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 16 de dezembro de 2015, citando ao Diretor de Vendas e Operações da empresa, Rene Silva. De acordo com a notícia, a empresa avalia entrar neste segmento já que tem como objetivo acelerar seu crescimento no comércio eletrônico. Segundo Rene Silva, a empresa atualmente vende alguns produtos da Marisa em outros sites, e a ideia agora é fazer o caminho contrário, vender produtos no site da Marisa. “Fizemos testes em caráter experimental. A previsão é lançar nacionalmente o projeto entre janeiro e março de 2016” de acordo com o Executivo, e ele ainda acrescentou, “No Brasil, 37% das vendas do comércio eletrônico são feitas em market place e 46% é feita por celular. A Marisa está fora das duas plataformas. Há um grande potencial nessas áreas a ser explorado”. |
