Government of Manizales, a region in Colombia, and state-owned Inficaldas have placed up for sale their stake in Zona Franca Andina de Manizales (Zfam), a project to convert rural land into corporate complexes. So far, there are no possible buyers announced, but there are several private investors interested in acquiring this project, which would need an investment of some USD 30m.

El Gobieno de la región colombiana de Manizales y la entidad pública Inficaldas han puesto a la venta su participación en el proyecto de la Zona Franca Andina de Manizales (Zfam), dedicado a la conversión de terrenos rurales en complejos empresariales. Hasta la fecha no se han hecho públicos los posibles compradores, pero ya existen varios inversores privados interesados en la adquisición del proyecto, el cual necesitaría una inversión aproximada de USD 30m. |
