Maisons de Famille, empresa francesa especializada en el sector de las residencias para ancianos, ha anunciado que se encuentra estudiando la posibilidad de adquirir nuevas residencias de ancianos en España, según ha informado Inversión y Finanzas el 11 de noviembre de 2016, citando al consejero delegado de Amma, Patrick Arrosteguy. La empresa, luego de la compra del Grupo Amma (ver transacción relacionada), podría tener próximos proyectos en España aunque aún no se ha cerrado ninguna operación. Además, la compañía también estudia Alemania y Polonia como destino de posible futuras inversiones. |
