Mahindra Group (BSE:M&M), an India-based vehicle and auto part manufacturing and sale company, announced its US-based affiliate Mahindra USA set up a subsidiary of the company in Mexico, in a filing published by the Bombay Stock Exchange on 17 August 2016. Specifically, the aim of the new subsidiary, called Mahindra México, will be to promote the Mahindra brand in Mexico and expand the reach in the country of tractors with a higher horsepower. The Mexico-based company was incorporated on 8 August.

Mahindra Group (BSE:M&M), empresa india dedicada a la fabricación y venta de vehículos y componentes automovilísticos, ha anunciado que su subsidiaria estadounidense Mahindra USA ha establecido una filial de la empresa en México, en un hecho relevante publicado por la Bombay Stock Exchange el 17 de agosto de 2016. En concreto, el objetivo de esta nueva filial, denominada Mahindra México, será promover la marca Mahindra en México y expandir el alcance en el país de tractores con más caballos de fuerza. La empresa mexicana ha sido establecida el 8 de agosto. |
