Magazine Luiza (BVMF: mGlu3), a Sao Paulo-based retail chain, registered net profit of BRL 24,8m in 3Q16, compared BRL 19,1m of loss registered in same period of 2015, reported Globo.com, citing the company's results.

According to the news, in July, August and September, gross sales grew by almost 11% over the same period of 2015, reaching BRL 2,7bn.

The e-commerce increased 24.3% in the period and now represents a quarter of total revenues.

Magazine Luiza (BVMF:MGLU3), empresa sediada em São Paulo, que atua no setor de venda no varejo de eletroeletrônicos e móveis, registrou lucro líquido de BRL 24,8m no 3º Trimestre de 2016, contra prejuízo de BRL 19,1m registrado no mesmo período do ano de 2015, segundo publicou o Globo.com citando apresentação de resultados da empresa.

Segundo a notícia, nos meses de julho, agosto e setembro, o faturamento bruto cresceu quase 11% em relação ao mesmo período de 2015, atingindo BRL 2,7bi.

As vendas nos canais digitais cresceram 24,3% no período e passaram a representar um quarto do faturamento total.
