Spain-based Lumar Natural Seafood (MAB: LMR) called for a shareholders board meeting, to be held on 3 and 4 September 2015, to debate and approve delisting the company from the Alternative Market MAB, as reported by the company through a relevant fact submitted to MAB. The company suspended negotiation in May 2015, not to submitting audit reports of 2014. Another item to discuss at the meeting will be company's name change, from Lumar Natural Seafood to Seafood Global Processor.

La empresa española Lumar Natural Seafood (MAB: LMR) ha convocado una junta de accionistas los días 3 y 4 de septiembre de 2015 para debatir la aprobación de la exclusión de negociación de las acciones de la compañía en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB), según ha comunicado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido al MAB. La compañía está suspendida de negociación desde el mes de mayo de 2015, por no presentar sus informes de auditoría correspondientes al ejercicio 2014. Otro de los puntos del día para la junta de accionistas es el cambio de denominación social, de Lumar Natural Seafood a Seafood Global Processor. |
