Los Grobo Agropecuaria (BCBA:GROB), empresa argentina dedicada a la producción y comercialización de granos de cereal, estaría en la búsqueda de un socio minoritario para financiar el plan de crecimiento de la empresa para los próximos tres a cuatro años, ha publicado La Nación el 6 de junio de 2016, citando fuentes del mercado.

De acuerdo con la publicación, Los Grobo estaría buscando vender una participación minoritaria de la empresa por aproximadamente USD 100m, que destinará para el financiamiento de su plan de crecimiento.

Cuatro fondos estadounidenses y europeos ya habrían expresado su interés en la transacción, de acuerdo con la información.
