Lorenge construction company plans to sell 40% of its stake in two major malls located in Espírito Santo: Shopping PátioMix Linhares (Linhares) and Montserrat Shopping (Grande Vitória). The deal will be coordinated by TCP Latam, an investment and management boutique, focused on M & A, financial and operational restructuring, debt renegotiation, interim management and fundraising in Brazil and Latin America.

The Shopping PátioMix Linhares opened in March 2013, has a GLA of 20,000 square meters, 113 shops and 923 parking spaces. And Montserrat Shopping, which has been operating since November 2013, has a GLA of 14,500 square meters, 111 shops and 806 parking spaces.

"The assets have anchor stores with a national presence and offer a great opportunity to enter the market of Espírito Santo," said Emanuel Oliveira, a TCP business associate.

A construtora Lorenge pretende vender 40% da participação que detém em dois grandes shoppings localizados no Espírito Santo: Shopping PátioMix Linhares (Linhares) e o Montserrat Shopping (Grande Vitória). A operação será coordenada pela TCP Latam, boutique de investimento e gestão, focada em M&A, reestruturações financeira e operacional, renegociação de dívida, gestão interina e captação de recursos no Brasil e na América Latina.
