Lone Star, a US-based fund that controls Spain-based real estate Neinor Homes, could sell the majority stake of the company with its IPO, given the transaction includes the sale of between 40% and 60% of the equity, reported El Confidencial on 10 January 2017. Neinor's IPO is scheduled for March and is worth EUR 2bn. Even if the fund sold a majority stake, it would still retain the company's control. Currently, the real estate company has a portfolio of land plots in urban areas and ready for development, worth EUR1bn, in addition to EUR 300m in pre-sales in 2016 and other 1,500 homes under construction.

Lone Star, fondo estadounidense que controla la promotora inmobiliaria española Neinor Homes, podría ceder la mayoría del capital de la compañía con su salida a Bolsa, dado que la operación contempla la venta de entre un 40% y un 60% del capital, según ha informado El Confidencial el 10 de enero de 2017. La salida a Bolsa de Neinor está prevista para el mes de marzo y está valorada en EUR 2.000m. Aunque el fondo perdiese la mayoría de capital, se asegura en todo caso el control de la compañía. Actualmente, la inmobiliaria acumula una cartera de suelo 100% urbano y finalista, valorado en EUR 1.000m, además de EUR 300m en preventas realizadas en 2016 y otras 1.500 viviendas en fase de construcción. |
