Lone Star, a US-based private equity firm, could put on the block the Isla Chamartín business complex for over EUR 100m, reported El Economista on 26 January 2017, citing sector sources. Isla Chamartín is an office complex with four buildings located on 20 Manoteras Av. Each property exceeds 9,000 m2 and the complex has a total area of 38,134 m2. It is an attractive enclave given its proximity to the airport and Adequa business complex. Lone Star, firma de private equity estadounidense, podría poner a la venta el parque Isla Chamartín por un valor superior a los EUR 100m, según ha informado El Economista el 26 de enero de 2017, citando fuentes del sector. Isla Chamartín es un complejo de oficinas con cuatro edificios ubicados en el número 20 de la Avenida de Manoteras. Cada uno supera los 9.000 m2 y el complejo tiene una superficie total de 38.134 m2. Se trata de un enclave atractivo por su cercanía al aeropuerto y al complejo empresarial Adequa. Actualmente, estas oficinas están ocupadas por empresas como Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción, BBVA Consultoría o Aernnova Engineering Solutions Iberica. |
