Locaweb, a company that offers internet services, data center and data communication solutions based in São Paulo, announced the appointment of Rafael Chamas Alves as its new CFO, as published by newspaper Baguete on 6 April 2016, citing Chamas Alves. According to the news, Rafael Chamas Alves joins the company to manage all the administrative, financial and legal operations in the company. He will replace Marcelo Epperlein, who joined the company in February 2013, former CFO of Peixe Urbano, remaining in office for one year and eight months, until he resigned in August 2015, to become the next CEO of Brasil Insurance.

Segundo a notícia, Rafael Chamas Alves chega com a missão de gerir todas as atividades administrativas, financeiras e jurídicas da companhia. O cargo foi assumido em fevereiro de 2013 por Marcelo Epperlein, ex-CFO do Peixe Urbano, que ficou no cargo um ano e oito meses, até sair em agosto de 2015 para assumir a posição de CEO da Brasil Insurance. |
