Spain-based Lladró could sell stake in its share capital to German private equity firm Aurelius (FWB:AR4), as reported by newspaper Valencia Plaza on 18 June 2015. According to the newspaper, Juan Lladró's family could sell, partially or all the shares, it holds in Lladró, due to economic challenges. The stake percentage is approximately 70%. However, there are Lladró family members with minority stakes, possibly not interested in this agreement, who could exercise their preemptive rights to acquire shares for sale. Neither Aurelius Capital nor Lladró have confirmed this transaction.

La compañía española Lladró podría dar entrada en su accionariado al private equity alemán Aurelius (FWB: AR4), según ha comunicado el diario Valencia Plaza el 18 de junio de 2015. Según el periódico, la familia de Juan Lladró podría vender, de forma parcial o completamente, su participación en el accionariado de Lladró ante las dificultades económicas que sufre la compañía. Esta participación es de aproximadamente el 70% del capital social. Sin embargo, también hay miembros de la familia Lladró, con participaciones minoritarias, que no estarían de acuerdo con la venta y podrían ejercer su derecho de tanteo para quedarse con las acciones puestas a la venta.
