Brazil-based Light Energia, a power distribution company, is considering the sale of its 15.87% stake in Renova Energia (BVMF:RNEW11), as reported by the company through a relevant fact published on 1 December 2015. US-based SunEdison (NYSE:SUNE) has recently cancelled its contract with Light Energia, for the acquisition of a 15.87% stake in Renova Energia. The deal value was USD 250m. For this reason, the company confirms it will continue its sale strategy, which includes selling Renova Energia's stake.

A brasileira Light Energia, distribuidora de energia elétrica, está avaliando a alienação da sua participação de 15,87% na Renova Energia (BVMF:RNEW11), segundo publicou a empresa em comunicado do dia 01 de dezembro de 2015 A companhia norte-americana SunEdison (NYSE:SUNE), acabou de rescindir um contrato com a Light Energia, da aquisição de 15,87% da Renova Energia (BVMF:RNEW11). O valor da operação era de USD 250m. Por este motivo a empresa confirma que continuará com a estratégia traçada, que inclui a venda da participação na Renova Energia. |
