Lenovo (HKG: 0092), based in China, appointed Alberto Ruano as its new General Manager for Spain and Portugal, as published by Europa Press on 8 June 2016, citing a press release issued by the company. Alberto Ruano will replace Juan Chinchilla, who will become Marketing Director for Southern Europe, after three years as head of the Spanish subsidiary of Lenovo. The new General Manager for the Iberian peninsula will be responsible for the company's objective to become a computer manufacturer market leader in Spain.

Lenovo (HKG: 0092) ha nombrado como nuevo director general para España y Portugal a Alberto Ruano, según ha informado la agencia Europa Press el 8 de junio de 2016, basándose en un comunicado remitido por la propia compañía. Alberto Ruano sustituirá en el cargo a Juan Chinchilla, que pasa a ser director de marketing del sur de Europa, tras tres años dirigiendo la filial española de la empresa china. El nuevo director general para la región de Iberia será el responsable de intentar lograr el objetivo de la compañía de posicionarse como el fabricante de ordenadores líder en España.
