Lar España (BME:LRE) is studying ten real estate transactions, worth approximately EUR 1bn, announced the REIT in a press release issued on 21 April, 2016. All the assets are located in Spain, mainly in the shopping center business and, to a lesser extent, in offices and logistics. José Luis del Valle, Lar España's president, noted the company has EUR 200m to invest without needing to resort to the bond market or a capital increase.

Lar España (BME: LRE) está analizando diez operaciones inmobiliarias, que tendrían un valor de EUR 1.000m, según ha informado la SOCIMI en una nota de prensa el 21 de abril de 2016. Todos los activos se encuentran ubicados en España, principalmente en el negocio de centros comerciales y, en menor medida, en oficinas y logística. José Luis del Valle, presidente del grupo, ha explicado que la compañía cuenta con EUR 200m para invertir, sin necesidad de recurrir al mercado de bonos o a una ampliación de capital. |
