Lar España (BME:LRE), a Spain-based real state company, registered a net profit of EUR 46.3m in 1H16, which entails a 124% increase compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year, announced the company in a press release issued on 12 September 2016.

This growth is due to a 90% increase in rental income, as a consequence of the new assets acquired throughout the last twelve months.

Lar España (BME: LRE), empresa española dedicada a la compraventa de inmuebles, ha registrado un beneficio neto de EUR 43,3m en el primer semestre de 2016, lo que supone un aumento del 124% con respecto al mismo periodo del ejercicio anterior, según ha informado la propia compañía en una nota de prensa el 12 de septiembre de 2016.

Este incremento se debe al aumento del 90% de los ingresos por rentas, como consecuencia de la adquisición de nuevos activos a lo largo de los últimos doce meses.
