Lactalis, based in France, will draw up a sales notebook to launch the negotiations to sell Industrias Lácteas Vallisoletanas, which it will submit before 20 June to the various interested parties, reported Europa Press on 9 June, 2016, citing the secretary of union action of the Workers' Commissions (CCOO), Vincente Andrés. So it was decided during the meeting between the council of Castilla y León, social workers, and representatives of the multinational in Spain. Andrés noted that, once the sales notebook is drawn up, they will meet again and, from then on, the company will begin contacting potential buyers.

Lactalis elaborará un cuaderno de ventas para iniciar las negociaciones de la venta de Industrias Lácteas Vallisoletanas, que entregará antes del 20 de junio a las diferentes partes implicadas, según ha informado la agencia Europa Press el 9 de junio de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Vicente Andrés, secretario de Acción Sindical de CCOO. Así se ha decidido durante la reunión que han mantenido la Junta de Castilla y León, agentes sociales y representantes de la multinacional en España. Vicente Andrés ha asegurado que cuando el cuaderno de ventas esté elaborado, se volverán a reunir y a partir de ahí se iniciarán los contactos con posibles compradores. |
