La mexicana Cever estudia la compra de la española Grupo Zena

La empresa mexicana Grupo Cever, dedicada a la gestión de restaurantes, podría adquirir la compañía española Grupo Zena, que opera marcas como Foster’s Hollywood, La Vaca Argentina y Cañas y Tapas. La firma de private equity CVC Capital Partners puso a la venta la compañía en marzo de este mismo año. Otra empresas también se han interesado por la española, como el caso de la empresa polaca Amrest. El importe de la venta que espera obtener CVC Capital Partners asciende a EUR 250m aproximadamente. |
