La compra de la cadena hotelera Silken, propiedad de Grupo Urvasco, por parte de la entidad alemana Tierra Iberica Handels del jeque catarí Al Thani podría no llevarse a cabo después de los últimos movimientos de la empresa hotelera. Banco Santander vendió el pasado 13 de diciembre un paquete de deuda en la cadena hotelera Silken a Bank of America Merrill Lynch, y el cierre de la adquisición por parte del jeque estaba condicionado a la negociación de la deuda con todos los bancos acreedores. |
