UTE, compañía uruguaya que opera en el mercado eléctrico local, plantea llevar a cabo una ampliación de capital a través de una filial con la que espera captar un total de USD 150m. La empresa uruguaya pretende ampliar la capacidad de una planta generadora de energía eólica y para ello necesitará una inversión total de USD 600m, de los cuales USD 150 millones no tienen financiamiento previsto y planea adquirirlo a través de una emisión de acciones dirigida a inversores locales. |
