La petrolera china CNPC estaría considerando comprar los activos de la petrolera estatal brasileña Petrobras en Latinoamérica. En concreto, CNPC está considerando la compra de las filiales de Petrobras ubicadas en Perú y Colombia. Según fuentes del mercado, Petrobras podría estar barajando la posibilidad de vender todos los activos que posee en Perú. El valor total de los activos peruanos y colombianos ascendería a un valor aproximado de USD 2000m. |
