This packet will include the production units of those companies facing bankruptcy and shares from those that are not. The shares' price has not been set. This sale will be structured collectively, due to creditor banks' refusal to lift syndicated loans guarantees over the APPE division companies.

La Seda de Barcelona ha puesto a la venta de forma conjunta toda su división APPE, que integra sus sociedades dedicas al embalaje. El paquete incluirá las unidades productivas de las empresas que están en concurso y las acciones de aquellas que no lo están. De momento no se ha fijado un precio de salida. La venta se estructura de forma conjunta debido a la negativa de la banca acreedora del préstamo sindicado a consentir el levantamiento de las garantías de las sociedades de la división APPE para su venta. |
