La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros and La Positiva Vida, insurance companies based in Peru, have agreed about creating an EPS to launch operations in the segment of health in the country, reported Gestión on 18 October 2016, citing the CEO of La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros and La Positiva Vida, Juan Manuel Peña Henderson. The companies plan to create an entity called La Positiva EPS and will send the request to Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, to submit an application for operating license. Through La Positiva EPS, they may offer health plans and complementary insurance of risk work (SCTR), with nationwide coverage.

Los directorios de La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros, y La Positiva Vida, empresas aseguradoras con sedes en Perú, han autorizado la posibilidad de constituir una EPS para desembarcar en el segmento de la salud en el país, según ha informado Gestión el 18 de octubre de 2016, citando al gerente general de La Positiva Seguros y La Positiva Vida, Juan Manuel Peña Henderson. En concreto, las empresas planean crear una entidad llamada La Positiva EPS y estiman presentar, en el más breve plazo, a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud la solicitud de autorización respectiva, para proceder a presentar una solicitud de autorización de funcionamiento. A través de La Positiva EPS se ofrecerían planes de salud y cobertura de salud para el Seguro Complementario de Trabajo de Riesgo (SCTR) a nivel nacional. |
