LQ Inversiones Financieras, sociedad controlada por Grupo Luksic y Citigroup Chile, se encuentra buscando un comprador para vender un 7,4% del accionariado que posee en la entidad financiera Banco de Chile. La operación podría alcanzar los USD 1.000m aproximadamente. Actualmente, LQ Inversiones Financieras controla un 58,4% del accionariado de la chilena por lo que de concretarse la operación la empresa pasaría a controlar el 51% de Banco de Chile. |
