LATAM Airlines Group (BCS/BVMF:LATM11), a Chile-based passenger and cargo airline, announced the appointment of Giles Agutter as board member in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 24 January 2017. Agutter is replacing Ricardo Caballero, who exited the board in June 2016 (see related intel). According to the document, the next general shareholders' assembly of the company will have to elect an entirely new board.

Agutter reemplaza a Ricardo Caballero, que ha salido del directorio en junio de 2016 (ver intel relacionado). De acuerdo con el documento, la próxima Junta Ordinaria de Accionistas de la empresa deberá renovar completamente el directorio. |
