L Capital negocia la entrada en Tous

El fondo francés de private equity L Capital, propiedad de la multinacional de moda de lujo Louis Vuitton, se ha interesado por la entrada en el 30% del capital social de la firma española de joyería Tous. L Capital ha valorado la operación en EUR 500m, siendo ésta una de las mejores ofertas presentadas. Tous obtuvo en el último ejercicio un beneficio de explotación de EUR 40m, esperando aumentar en 2015 hasta los EUR 50m, lo que le llevaría a la valoración de EUR 500m por parte del fondo francés. Por el contrario, algunos de los fondos estiman una valoración de EUR 400m, por lo que quedarían por detrás en la puja. El interés de L Capital viene por el gran resultado obtenido por su reciente inversión en España, la compraventa de Pepe Jeans. (Ver transacción relacionada) |
