The possible sale is related to obtaining an antitrust guarantee for the acquisition of Estácio Participações by Kroton Educacional in June 2016 (see related transaction). The distance education business of Estácio Participações, which includes Uniseb and other brands, may be the best option to dispose, so it would not compromise the the companies' agreement.

A possível venda está relacionada com a obtenção de aval antitruste, para aquisição da Estácio Participações pela Kroton Educacional em junho de 2016 (ver transação relacionada).
