KKR (NYSE: KKR) plans to increase its stake in real estate company Quabit (BME: QBT), which currently is 5.6%, as published by newspaper El Mundo on 14 April 2016, citing Quabit's president, Félix Abánades, who confirmed conversations with the fund.

The US-based fund plans to subscribe a EUR 10m capital increase approved by Quabit's shareholders board, aiming to launch 3,000 houses to the market in the next five years.

El fondo KKR (NYSE: KKR) tiene la intención de aumentar su participación accionarial en la inmobiliaria Quabit (BME: QBT), que actualmente es del 5,6%, según ha publicado el diario El Mundo el 14 de abril de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Félix Abánades, presidente de la inmobiliaria, que asegura haber tenido conversaciones con el fondo.

El fondo estadounidense prevé acudir a la ampliación de capital de EUR 10m, que Quabit aprobó en junta de accionistas con el objetivo de lanzar al mercado un total de 3.000 viviendas en el periodo de cinco años.
