Jones Lang Lasalle España, held by US-based group Jones Lang Lasalle (NYSE: JLL), announced the creation of a division that will offer M&A advisory services for corporate deals, according to a relevant fact issued by the company on 2 July 2015. The new department will be headed by Salvador Pastor, who up until now was director of M&A Real Estate Iberia with Banco Santander (BME: SAN). Salvador Pastor will report directly to the M&A team of JLL EMEA, based in London.

La empresa Jones Lang Lasalle España, del grupo estadounidense Jones Lang Lasalle (NYSE: JLL), ha anunciado la constitución de un departamento de M&A para ofrecer servicios de asesoramiento en transacciones corporativas, según ha comunicado la compañía en una nota de prensa del 2 de julio de 2015. El nuevo departamento estará liderado por Salvador Pastor, que hasta la fecha ocupaba el puesto de director del departamento de M&A Real Estate Iberia en el Banco Santander (BME: SAN). Salvador Pastor reportará directamente al equipo de M&A de JLL EMEA, que tiene su sede en Londres. |
