JSL created a new company, named Movida Participações, to consolidate all its rent-a-car, management and fleet outsourcing activities. Movida Participações is created with in excess of 35,000 light vehicles, of which 19,000 were controlled by Movida in its rent-a-car business, and 16,000 were controlled by JSL Logística for its fleet outsourcing and management business. With this process, JSL aims to create basis for its growth and to have a better awareness of the different segments of its activity.

A JSL constituiu uma nova empresa denominada Movida Participações, que consolidará todas as atividades de rent a car e as de gestão e terceirização de frotas. A Movida Participações surge com mais de 35 mil veículos leves, sendo 19 mil já dedicados ao negócio de rent a car através da Movida e 16 mil que atuam no negócio de gestão e terceirização de frotas, oriundos da JSL Logística. Esta reorganização societária tem por objetivo criar as bases para o contínuo crescimento desses negócios, além de permitir uma melhor visualização entre os vários segmentos de atuação da JSL. |
