Brazil-based J&F Investimentos, a group held by the Wesley brothers and Joesley Batista could be negotiating the acquisition of Citgo, a US-based oil exploration company, as published by newspaper Veja on 6 September 2015, without citing sources. Citgo, a subsidiary of Venezuela-based oil company PDVSA, owns refineries and approximately 6,000 gas stations.

La brasileña J&F Investimentos, el holding de los hermanos Wesley y Joesley Batista con sede en São Paulo, está negociando la compra de la empresa estadounidense Citgo, empresa dedicada a la explotación de petróleo, según ha publicado el diario Ver el 6 de septiembre de 2015, sin citar las fuentes. Citgo, es una filial de la petrolera venezolana PDVSA que posee refinerías y alrededor de 6.000 estaciones de servicio.
