Isolux Corsán, a Spain-based construction, concessions, energy and industrial services company, could be in talks to sell 1,000 km of high-voltage power lines to India-based conglomerate Adani Group (BSE:512599; NSE:ADANIENT), reported Expansión on 13 December 2016. In 2011, Isolux won the contract to build and operate the electric project with an estimated investment of EUR 800m, but the company has been delayed for several years, which has generated tensions with local authorities. According to the report, with the sale the company expects to recover EUR 116m already invested. The transaction is part of Isolux's divestments plan, with which the company hopes to fetch up to EUR 720m.

Isolux Corsán, empresa española de construcción, concesiones, energía y servicios industriales, negocia la venta de 1.000 kilómetros de líneas de alta tensión al conglomerado indio Adani Group (BSE: 512599; NSE:ADANIENT), según ha informado Expansión el 13 de diciembre de 2016. En 2011 Isolux ganó el contrato para construir y explotar la red eléctrica con una inversión estimada de EUR 800m, pero la compañía lleva varios años de retraso, lo que ha generado tensiones con las autoridades locales. Según lo pulicado, con esta venta la compañía espera poder recuperar los EUR 116m ya invertidos. La operación forma parte del plan de desinversiones de Isolux con el que espera ingresar hasta EUR 720m. |
