Isolux Corsán, a Spain-based construction and infrastructure company, is looking for new partners who would acquire a stake in the company's share capital, after ruling out going public due to stock market's activity, according to newspaper Cinco Días.

Isolux Corsán is controlled by the company's president and vice-president, Luis Delso and José Gomis, who own in excess of 54% of the capital. Caixabank holds approximately 24%, and Caixabank jointly with Unicaja, BMN and Ibercaja control another 10%. The third shareholder is Fondo de Garantía de Depósitos (FGD) with approximately 12% of the capital.

La compañía española de construcción e infraestructuras Isolux Corsán está analizando la búsqueda de nuevos socios para que entren en el accionariado de la compañía, tras descartar su posible salida a bolsa animado por las últimas operaciones de este ámbitos, según el periódico Cinco Días.

Isolux Corsán está controlada en más de un 54% por el presidente y el vicepresidente de la compañía, Luis Delso y José Gomis, respectivamente. Cerca del 24% del capital del grupo está en manos de Caixabank, que controla junto a Unicaja, BMN e Ibercaja otro 10%. El tercer accionista es el Fondo de Garantía de Depósitos (FGD) con casi un 12%.
