Isolux Corsán received green light to sell Grupo T-Solar and high-voltage lines in Brazil, after closing the segregation of the concessionaires of its subsidiary Isolux Infrastructure, which it controls jointly with Canadian pension fund PSP Investments, as reported by the company through a press release on 3 May 2016. Specifically, Isolux Corsán will control the electricity transmission assets and the photovoltaic solar projects held by Grupo T-Solar. PSP Investments, on the other hand, will control highway concessions and transmission line of Texas WETT. The company said the process of segregation was exremely complex, and has required in excess of 150 regulatory approvals from authorities and financial institutions in the United States, Brazil, India, Spain, Mexico and Peru.

Isolux Corsán ha logrado luz verde para poder vender T-Solar y las líneas de alta tensión de Brasil tras cerrar la segregación de los activos concesionales de su filial Isolux Infrastructure, de la que formaba parte con el fondo de pensiones canadiense PSP Investments, según ha informado la propia compañía en una nota de prensa el 3 de mayo de 2016. En concreto, Isolux Corsán pasa a controlar los activos de transmisión eléctrica así como los proyectos solares fotovoltaicos de Grupo T-Solar. PSP Investments por su parte asume la propiedad de las concesiones de autopistas y la línea de transmisión de Texas WETT. La compañía ha indicado que el proceso de separación ha sido extremadamente complejo, y ha necesitado más de 150 aprobaciones regulatorias de competencia y de entidades financieras en Estados Unidos, Brasil, India, España, México y Perú. |
