Isolux Corsán, a company headquartered in Madrid, is negotiating its power transmission lines in Brazil with the Canadian investment fund, Brookfield Asset Management, according to Exame, on July 20, 2016. The power lines business called brownfield, may be sold depending on the negotiations this week between Isolux and its creditors. The group has 4,703 km of high voltage lines under concession in Brazil, including 1,191 km in the Amazon, the report noted. In May 2016, Isolux Corsán has received permission to conduct the sale. The company was also negotiating its subsidiary T-Solar Group (see Intel related).

Isolux Corsán, empresa con sede en Madrid, estaría negociando la venta de sus líneas de transmisión de energía en Brasil al fondo de inversión canadiense Brookfield Asset Management (TSX:BAM.A, NYSE:BAM, Euronext Amsterdam:BAMA), según ha informado Exame el 20 de junio de 2016. Según la noticia, la división brownfield del negocio de líneas de transmisión de energía podrá ser vendida dependiendo de las negociaciones entre Isolux y sus acreedores. El grupo posee 4.703 km de líneas de alta tensión bajo concesión en Brasil, incluyendo 1.191 Km en la Amazonia. En mayo de 2016 Isolux Corsán recibió autorización para realizar la venta. La empresa también estaría negociando la venta de su filial Grupo T-Solar (ver Inter relacionado).

A Isolux Corsán, empresa com sede em Madrid, estaria negociando suas linhas de transmissão de energia no Brasil com o fundo de investimentos canadense Brookfield Asset Management, segundo publicou a Exame no dia 20 de julho de 2016. De acordo com a notícia, a parte chamada brownfield do negócio de linhas de energia poderá ser vendida dependendo das negociações desta semana entre a Isolux e seus credores. O grupo possui 4.703 km de linhas de alta tensão sob concessão no Brasil, incluindo 1.191 km na Amazônia. Em maio de 2016 a Isolux Corsán recebeu autorização para realizar a venda.
