Isagén (BVC:ISAGEN), a Colombia-based state-owned hydroelectrical company, could be sold in a 30-day period, reported Dataifx.com on 3 August, 2015. The state council gave parties 10 days to submit their pleas regarding the suit filed against the sale of the company in order to make a final decision. The decision will be made in the following 20 days. August 2013, the council suspended the sale of Isagén and after the government relaunched the process, in May 2015 preventative measures were taken to suspend the sale of the state's stake once again (see related intel).

Isagén (BVC: ISAGEN), empresa hidroeléctrica estatal con sede en Colombia, podrá ser vendida en un plazo de 30 días, según ha publicado la página de información online Dataifx.com el 3 de agosto de 2015. El Consejo de Estado ha otorgado un plazo de 10 días a las partes para que presenten sus alegatos sobre la demanda interpuesta por la venta de la empresa y así poder tomar una decisión. Posteriormente se contará con otros 20 días para decidir el futuro de Isagén. En agosto de 2013 se suspendió la venta de la empresa y tras reanudarse la operación, en mayo de 2015 se tomaron las medidas cautelares para volver a suspender la venta de Isagén por parte del Estado (Ver Intels relacionados). |
