Riereta Equities is a new fund for the purchase of buildings in Barcelona, created by Nawar Hussein, an Iraqi investor based in the Netherlands, reported Expansión n 16 November 2016, citing company sources. So far, the entity has equity worth EUR 20m and expects to reach EUR 50m over the next year and a half. Besides Hussein, there are other investors, with 80% of resources coming from Holland and the remaining 20%, from Great Britain. Currently, the fund aims to purchase buildings and land plots in Barcelona, though it is also investing in Tarragona.

Riereta Equities es un nuevo fondo para la compra de edificios en Barcelona creado por Nawar Hussein, un inversor iraquí afincado en Holanda, según ha informado Expansión el 16 de noviembre de 2016, citando a fuentes de la empresa. Hasta el momento, la entidad dispone de fondos propios valorados en EUR 20m y prevé alcanzar los EUR 50m durante el próximo año y medio. Además de Hussein, hay otros inversores. El 80% de los recursos procede de Holanda y el 20% de Gran Bretaña. Actualmente, el fondo tiene por objetivo la compra de edificios y solares en Barcelona, aunque también está invirtiendo en Tarragona. |
