Chile-based Invexans informed Chile's securities commission SVS about its management changes. Felipe Joannon Vergara submitted his resignation today as President, and will be replaced by Rodrigo Hinzpeter Kirberg. In addition, a new table is constituted, and Francisco Pérez Mackenna was elected Chairman of the company's Board and Fernán Gazmuri as Plaza as Vice President . These changes will be official as of today 23 April 2015.

La empresa chilena Invexans ha anunciado a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (SVS) de Chile cambios en el directorio. Tras la renuncia de Felipe Joannon Vergara en el puesto de presidente del directorio, Rodrigo Hinzpeter Kirberg ocupará su lugar. Adicionalmente se constituyó una nueva mesa, siendo elegido presidente de la sociedad a Francisco Pérez Mackenna y como vicepresidente a Fernán Gazmuri Plaza. Se ha anunciado que dichos cambios tendrán validez oficial a partir del 23 de abril de 2015. |
