Brazilian private equity firm Invest Tech seeks local and international investors to raise some BRL 50m throughout 2015, some of which has been obtained. The firm aims to create a new fund to finance companies in their initial stage, which have registered revenues of up to BRL 4m. According to Invest Tech's CEO, Mauricio Lima, if necessary they will assess the possibility of selling the companies they currently hold to finance this new fund and find attractive proposals.

A firma brasileira de private equity Invest Tech procura investidores locais e internacionais para captar um investimento de BRL 50m ao longo de 2015. Parte desses recursos já foram obtidos. A companhia dedicada ao segmento do capital risco tem a intenção de criar um novo fundo destinado a financiar empresas em estágio inicial que tenham um faturamento de até BRL 4m. Segundo o diretor-executivo da Invest Tech, Mauricio Lima, se é necessário avaliam a possibilidade de alienar as empresas que detém agora no seu portfólio para financiar o novo fundo e assim encontrar projetos mais atraentes. |
