Inversiones La Construcción (BCS: ILC), empresa con sede en Santiago de Chile dedicada a la construcción y gestión de participaciones en otras sociedades, ha nombrado a Sergio Torretti Costa como nuevo presidente en sustitución de Jorge Mas Figueroa, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 30 de agosto de 2016. Por su parte, Jorge Mas Figueroa ostentará el cargo de vicepresidente, que sustituirá en el cargo a Daniel Hurtado Parot. |
