La chilena Invertec Pesquera del Mar Chiloé (Invermar), que atraviesa por dificultades económicas, ha contratado a Landmark Capital para la búsqueda de un nuevo socio que le permita continuar con su actividad. Después de que la canadiense Cupquelan –ligada a Cooke Aquaculture- desistiera de adquirir el 54,07% de la familia Montanari en Invermar a causa de que los bancos Itaú y BCI no aceptaron condonarle el 30% de la deuda de la empresa chilena, los acreedores de ésta comenzaron a buscar nuevos compradores a nivel local e internacional, según fuentes cercanas a la operación. |
